This position will serve as a business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees across the organization, by providing support in employee relations, performance management, workforce effectiveness/organizational development, training, individual development planning (succession planning), recruitment/selection, and other workplace initiatives.
Management
Participate with functional leaders and others as necessary to develop and implement strategic business initiatives
Work jointly with the HR Director to evaluate the people impact of organizational plans and/or programs for future organizational effectiveness
Influence organizational design, team development, personal development, training strategies and budget to achieve overall business objectives
Ensure effective implementation of human resources policies and guidelines.
Coach team members in the areas of communication skills, career pathing, promoting a positive work environment, and informal/formal feedback sessions
Compensation:
Administration and Follow up on merit forecasting (exempt and non-exempt), run reports to analyze execution, follow with managers when needed.
Annual /Quarterly Bonus Administration (review of eligibility, compiling of Individual objectives (IO), prorations, special cases, preliminary calculations).
